These terms apply to vietcpa.com, man.cpa and the text message program run by Viet CPA LLC, doing business as Man Nguyen, CPA. Professional services are governed by your signed engagement letter. If anything here conflicts with your engagement letter, the engagement letter controls.

Text message terms

1. Program name and description

Viet CPA Client Alerts. When you opt in, Viet CPA LLC sends text messages about your account with us, including appointment reminders, requests for tax or payroll documents, filing and payment deadline reminders, and updates on the status of your return or payroll. We do not send marketing messages through this program.

2. How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the text message consent box on our Text Alerts sign up form, on our client intake form, or by giving us verbal or written consent during onboarding. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to any message. We will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To join again, text START or sign up again.

4. Help

For help, text HELP to any message or email man@vietcpa.com.

5. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, typically 1 to 8 messages per month, with more during tax filing season.

6. Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text message opt in data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
