This Privacy Policy explains how Viet CPA LLC, doing business as Man Nguyen, CPA ("we," "us"), collects, uses and protects information from clients and visitors to vietcpa.com and man.cpa.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as name, email address, mailing address and mobile phone number.
- Tax, financial and payroll records you provide so we can perform services for you.
- Basic website data, such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.
How we use information
- To prepare returns, keep books, run payroll and perform the services you engage us for.
- To communicate with you by email, phone and, if you opt in, text message.
- To meet our legal and professional obligations as a CPA firm.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you signed up for, such as appointment reminders, document requests, filing deadline reminders and account updates.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and the text message delivery platform, is permitted. All other categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Client tax information is protected under IRC section 7216 and professional confidentiality rules, and we do not use or disclose it for any other purpose without your written consent.
How we protect information
We use secure portals, encrypted storage, multi factor authentication and access limits to protect client records. We keep records for as long as required by law and professional standards.
